Recently, Rapid Rail engineers have developed the new Passenger Safety System. This Horizontal Height Safety System is designed to provide safe working at heights for installations, routine maintenance and inspections in hazardous environments.

Rapid Rail is a member of WAHSA (Work at Height Safety Association) which is the UK lead body representing the interests of manufacturers, assemblers, installers, distributors and end users of personal protection equipment used for working at height and rescue.
Our Health & Safety Management System, is registered as OHAS18001, across all company activities and we are working towards our Safe Contractor Accreditation for a further Health & Safety Award. All Passenger Lifelines – heavy duty horizontal lifelines, are designed using the latest computer prediction simulations and structurally verified suitable, by our own qualified Structural Engineers in accordance with the current BS standard for BS5950 and Eurocode 3.
